There has got to be a better system for in coming calls for visitors. Everyone should have a chance to visit. the phones are always busy, but when youfinally get through they are always booked. how can that be if the phones are busy how are other people getting through. please tell me the secret. My son probably thinks we are not wanting to see him and is getting anxious and so am I.

You have to spend hours and hours dialing the jail number ,you get busy signal for hours. If you are lucky you get a visit ,if not they say sorry full up. Then you try again next week. You have to talk through glass with no phone. Hard to do when you are almost deaf. I can not wear hearing aids as with everyone hollering so the inmate can hear them ,it is too loud for hearing aids. Without them I have to put my ear up to the screen and can not really make out what is being said to me. Sad .
