My boyfriend has 3 pending felonies and failed to appear in court. They put a warrant out for his arrest and he was taken to jail last night. When he was arrested he had weed and shrooms on him and is now charged with CDS and posession. His bond for the CDS is set at 4,000 but the failure to appear is 15,000 and cannot be re-instated. Is there any way he can sit time to lower his bond?

my husband had a hold on him from oklahoma county and he was in cleveland county. i was told that if i paid entire fine in oklahoma county the warrant would be dropped. he was or'd out in cleveland county but nobody seems to know if he is going to get transported to oklahoma county or not. who do i need to get in touch with? is there a phone number?

You Can purchase prepaid calling time if you call the 1-866-516-0115 and it does work but i wouldnt enter your card number just call the number and tell them the inmates name and u can purchase the calling time and they will send him a message whenever he picks up the phone to call it will tell him he has money on his card. I do it every week. Good Luck

The people you refer to as highway patrol are actually State Troopers. They have jurisdiction anywhere in the state.

A Justice Department report rips the Oklahoma County jail as a chaotic and largely unsupervised den of "unconscionable” violence, abuse and medical neglect.

Detailed in the federal report are jail deaths, excessive use of force and a "disturbing” incident in which a pregnant woman was handcuffed to a rail for 10 hours while giving birth to a premature baby.
The child died at a metro-area hospital.

However, the seriousness of the report led the U.S. Marshals and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to transfer 160 federal inmates from the Oklahoma County jail over the weekend to jails in Tulsa and Grady counties until the issues are officially resolved.

The report details excessive inmate-on-inmate violence and use of force by jail staff, an unsanitary kitchen with birds and insects, lack of clothing and showers, several fire hazards and virtually no mental health treatment. There is also an inadequate investigatory process to review deaths and other serious incidents, according to the report.
The U.S. Attorney General could file a lawsuit against Oklahoma County if conditions do not improve, according to the report.
