it is unfortunate that the court system is backed up and clogged. that is why it takes so long to be seen by a judge. there is nothing you can do to help him get a faster court date. think of it this way ... they are all standing in line and whatever position your fiance is (number in line) that is when he will get a court date. everyone in that line is just as anxious as he is and their loved ones just an anxious as you but the fact is, to the court, nobody is 'special' and they will be seen in the order they are "standing in line" it is most likely there were several people already there and waiting for court dates before he was incarcerated. they are certainly going to be see before he is. hope that helps.

The judicial system and our so-called county jail is one of the worst in the country. I really cannot believe the voters of this county allowed the so-called sheriff to serve another term in office. There is little to no care for human life. My dog gets better treatment. My son is a chronic asthmatic and they would keep his medication from him too. No money, no goods. What happens to our tax dollars and the federal dollars pumped into our system. It sure as H not invested in adequate care for human life. Some of these people are innocent. The jailers are probably guilty of more crimes than some. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO A REAL INVESTIGATION!

it isn't meant to be a walk in the park. the best way to not have to worry about it is to stay out of trouble.

Glenda you are so right but they will never investigate ,they will keep covering up how inmates are treated.

Glenda ... the inmates are not furnished money by the jail .. if you want your son to have money while he is being held, YOU or someone on the outside has to send a money-order to the jail in his name and they will put it in his account. he can then purchase goods from the commissary. if his medication is being withheld, you need to speak to his attorney and have that person deal with that part of it for you.
