Just received a VERY quick (1 min.) phone call from my nephew. What is the deal w/this enter your debit card # and he will receive more minutes. 866-516-0115? Is this legit? I have been in OK County Jail and know how 'families' can buy things that the inmates NEVER receive.

You Can purchase prepaid calling time if you call the 1-866-516-0115 and it does work but i wouldnt enter your card number just call the number and tell them the inmates name and u can purchase the calling time and they will send him a message whenever he picks up the phone to call it will tell him he has money on his card. I do it every week. Good Luck

i believe that is for u to receive collect calls from him and u pay a monthly fee
